Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case Group(Chronic Kidney Disease) Diagnosed Chronic Kidney Disease,(Stages I, II, IIIa) based on Kidney Disease Improving Global Outcome criteria (e Glomerular Filtration Rate and Albuminuria). Diagnosis confirmed within the last 12 months. Age 18 or more than 18 years. Willing to provide informed consent. Control Group(Healthy) No known history of Chronic Kidney Disease,(e Glomerular Filtration Rate more than 90 ml per minute 1.73m and normal renal function test parameters during screening). No known major chronic diseases (Diabetes, Uncontrolled Hypertension, Chronic Heart, Liver, Lung disease).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Case Group(Chronic Kidney Disease) CKD Stage IIIb, IV, V, or on dialysis. History of renal transplant. Acute Kidney Injury as primary diagnosis. Significant cognitive impairment preventing reliable history taking. Major psychiatric illness. Control Group(Healthy) Abnormal renal function on screening. Known major chronic diseases. Significant cognitive impairment. Major psychiatric illness.
