Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients Within The Age Group Of 18-65 Years Including Male & Female Both. Permanent Single Rooted Mature Tooth With Single Canal (Anterior And Premolar). Teeth Without Previous Restoration And Sufficient Coronal Structure For Isolation Temporization And Restoration. Teeth With Necrotic Or Infected Pulp.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Teeth With Fracture Lines, Open Apex Or Crack. Teeth With Periapical Abscess Or Cyst, Weeping Canals. Patients Requiring Antibiotic Premedication. Patients Who Declined To Give Consent For The Procedure. Teeth With Severe Canal Curvatures, Accessory Canals, Calcified Canals, Resorption (Internal And External), And Periodontal Diseases Were Excluded.

Increase In Depth Of Disinfection Of Root Canal After Subjecting The Teeth To Phothodynamic (PDT)t Therapy With Indocyanine Green And Decreased In Bacterial Load After Biomechanical Preparation.Timepoint: Indocyanine green mediated photodynamic therapy will be applied in root canals using a 1 W continuous laser in three 8-second intervals. Baseline (S1) and post-treatment (S2) bacterial samples will be collected, cultured on brain heart infusion agar, and incubated for 24 hours. Antimicrobial efficacy will be evaluated by comparing CFU counts and statistically analyzing the reduction in bacterial load.
