Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women willing to participate in the study. Women clinically diagnosed with menopause

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who achieved menopause due to Hysterectomy. Women undergoing Hormone Replacement Therapy. Women diagnosed with chronic systemic disorders such as uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension and thyroid disorders.
