Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with confirm diagnosis of diabeticfoot ulcer receiving currently VAC therapy specially for diabetic wounds Patient will be adult 18 years and above and all genders conscious mentally competent provide informed consent Registered Nurses with minimum 6 months clinical experience working in surgical wards ICUs other clinical area where VAC therapy is administered willing to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with malignancy in wound area or untreated osteomyelitis wound eschar not suitable for VAC Therapybleeding disorders non consenting patient pregnant women Nurses on long leave, maternity leave, who already certified VAC therapy,unwilling to participate
