Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients admitted with suspected infection in the tertiary care hospital during the study period. 2.Pregnant women. 3.Immunocompromised patients. 4.Patients with catheter. 5.All samples from OPD/IPD from the clinical departments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.All other bacterial, viral, fungal, parasitic growth. 2.Patients who refuse to give consent.
