Inclusion criteria: . ASA I-II . Elective intertrochanteric femur surgery . Height 150cm-180cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: . Allergy to local anaesthetics . Coagulopathy or anticoagulant therapy . Infection at puncture site
