Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient age group 18 to 45 years. 2.Patient who will give Informed Consent. 3.Patient having any 2 out of the 3 symptoms â?? I.Heavy menstrual bleeding more than 80ml or II.Prolonged menstrual bleeding more than 7 days or III.Inter menstrual bleeding less than 21 days 4.These symptoms should present for at least 3 cycles.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient age less than 18 years and more than 45 years of age. 2.Patient with hemoglobin less than 8 gms/dl, bleeding with pregnancy, bleeding post menopause, bleeding due to abortion, endometriosis, polyps, fibroids, adenomyosis, PID, PCOD. 3.Patient with congenital anomalies and coagulation disorders. 4.Patient using IUD, Patient having bleeding other than uterus. systemic diseases like HIV, TB, DMT2. 5.Patient who will not give Informed Consent.
