Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women age group 45 to 60 no prior experience of leaning Patanjalis yoga sutra who score less than 30% in Global Trait Emotional Intelligence questionnaire residing in Mumbai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Psychosis, depression, anxiety, stress. History of suicidal attempt. aggression, violence. active clinical surgery or any disorder/disease. women less than 45 or more than 60 years Those who had prior experience of yoga sutra learning those do not give consent form
