Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are using opium and its derivatives Severity level of insomnia according to Athens Insomnia Scale: (Above the 7 points). Patient having the symptoms of Nidranash. (Shirogaurav,Jadya,Glaani, Jrimbha, Angamarda, Bhrama, Apakti,Tandra) Patients will be selected randomly, irrespective of gender, economical, educational and marital status. Age between 18-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from any kind of major systemic illness such as malignancy, grade 2 HTN, type 2 diabetes mellitus, myocardial infraction, HIV, tuberculosis (mainly pulmonary) etc. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. Patients having insomnia other than opium and its derivatives substance withdrawal. Use of other sedative substances .
