Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects both married and unmarried between the age group of 18 to 43 years. 2.Subjects with oligo amenorrhea cycles more than 35 days apart or less than 8 menses a year. 3.Presence of polycystic ovarian morphology in USG of pelvis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with Systemic and endocrinal diseases like uncontrolled DM RBS more than 200mg per dl uncontrolled HTN BP more than 140 by 90 mm of Hg and thyroid dysfunction more than 5.0mlU per L. 2.Subjects with a history of drug use for PCOS in the last 3 months. 3.Pregnant and lactating women. 4.Women on contraceptives or any malignancies.
