Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients clinically diagnosed with non-ulcerative varicose veins presenting with classical signs and symptoms such as( if any 2 or more ) oDilated tortuous veins Heaviness or aching in legs Swelling (edema) Skin discoloration or pigmentation (without ulceration) Burning throbbing or itching over the veins 2 Patients classified under CEAP classification C2 to C4 C2 Visible varicose veins C3 Presence of edema C4 Skin pigmentation or eczema (without ulceration) 3.Patients aged 25 60 years 4 Diagnosed cases of primary varicose veins (CEAP C2 C4) 5 Fit For Avagahana swedana upanaha swedana Basti karma and Siravedha 6 Informed Consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of deep vein thrombosis DVT Uncontrolled diabetes HbA1c more than 7 hypertension more than 160 by 100 Pregnant or lactating women Recent surgery on lower limbs Patients who are on anti tubercular or anti retroviral medication Patients requiring emergency treatment

Improvement in clinical symptoms of non ulcerative varicose veins which will be assessed on the basis of subjective parameters with special reference to Venous Clinical Severity Score vcssTimepoint: Baseline scale will be measured post completion of treatment 15 days after treatment	—

Venous functions will be assessed using parameters like changes in venous flow pattern on Doppler imaging and classical clinical signs Homan s Moses Neuhofs and Brodie Trendelenburg by using venous Doppler ultrasound only either of limbTimepoint: all subjective signs Baseline scale will be measured post completion of treatment 15 days after treatment venous doppler test will be measured before treatment and on follow after 15 days of treatment.	—
