Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age Group: Adults 18 to 45 years. 2. Diagnosis: Individuals with mild to moderate anxiety symptoms, either: Scoring above a threshold (e.g., Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI score more than 8). 3. Consent: Willingness to participate. 4. Language & Communication: Able to understand and follow instructions in Hindi or English. 5. General Health: Medically stable and able to perform breathing or relaxation exercises. 6. Not currently practicing either intervention regularly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Severe Anxiety or Psychiatric Conditions. 2. Substance Use: History of drug or alcohol abuse within the last 6 months. 3. Respiratory or Cardiovascular Disorder. 4. Physical Limitations:Any neurological, orthopedic, or musculoskeletal disorders that interfere with exercise performance. 5. Pregnancy: Due to physiological changes that could affect breathing patterns. 6. Current participation in another study.
