Inclusion criteria: Fisherman of age 18-59 years from coastal regions of Udupi and Dakshina Kannada with minimum 5 years of experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fishermen with no K/c/o Major Laryngeal surgery or chronic malignant conditions
