Inclusion criteria: PARTICIPANTS INCLUSION CRITERIA 1.Anaesthesiology residents with less than 8 Fibreoptic intubation PATIENTS INCLUSION CRITERIA 1.Patients requiring nasal intubation 2.Age more than equal to 18 yrs 3.ASA1 and 2 patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: PARTICIPANTS EXCLUSION CRITERIA 1.Refusal to participate 2.Prior exposure to virtual simulation for nasal bronchoscopy PATIENTS EXCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Refusal to participate 2.Emergency surgery 3.Difficult bag mask ventilation 4.Mouth opening less than 1.5 cm 5.BMI more than and equal to 40 kilogram per metre square 6.Pregnancy
