Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Office workers age between 35 to 64 years 2.Both male and female gender 3.Currently employed in office setting 4.No regular yoga practise in last 3 months 5.Individuals willing to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic physical or other health problems that may hinder yoga practice 2. Clinical history of neurological and/or psychiatric diseases which includes cognitive decline 3. Lactating women, recent surgeries 4. Colour blindness
