Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pregnant women diagnosed with gestational diabetes mellitus . pregnant women with diabetes mellitus. undergoing elective LSCS gestational age 34 to 38 weeks. informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Not giving informed consent. 2)History of contraindication to antenatal steroid. 3)History of contraindication to intramuscular injection. 4)Fetus with known major congenital anomaly.
