Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who meets the criteria for mild to moderate stress in PSS scale and poor sleep quality in AIS. Confirm diagnosis of Anidra (Primary Insomnia). The age range is from 18 to 50 years. Individuals of any gender, regardless of their socio-economic condition. Subjects who are ready to take part in the study with their consent. Insomnia due to work related stress such as job strain, shift work.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary insomnia Severe insomnia Insomnia also known as Anidra caused by several disorders such as Madatyaya (alcoholism), Abhigyata(injury), and other systemic ailments. Psychiatric patients receiving medical treatment. Drug-induced insomnia Patients who are already on treatment for insomnia Pregnant and lactating women Chronic debilitating diseases.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
This will be assessed based on the improvement in the Athens Insomnia Scale in the patients ofAnidra( Stress induced insomnia).Timepoint: 60 Days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
This will be assessed based on the improvement in Subjective Parameters and Perceived Stress Scale in the patients of Anidra( Stress induced insomnia ).Timepoint: 60 Days
