Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient of either sex presenting with symptoms of Avabahuka as mentioned in diagnostic criteria. 2.Patient age between 40-70 years. 3.Patient who wish to sign the written consent to participate in the study. 4.Patient with blood sugar level.RBS less than or equal to 200mg/dl or Hba1c less than or equal to 6.5%
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from Shoulder Joint Arthritis. 2.Patient with blood sugar level.RBS greater than 200 mg/dl or Hba1c greater than 6.5%. 3. Patient who need Surgical Care or have undergone any Surgical Intervention. 4. Patient having Fracture and Dislocation in the Shoulder Joint. 5. Patient having chronic systemic illness . 6. Lesions of Rotator Cuff Tear.
