Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy children aged seven to ten years requiring dental treatment under local anesthesia. Children who consented to participate in the study and for whom written informed consent was obtained from their parents or legal guardians, along with verbal assent from the child. Children with no previous experience of receiving local anesthesia. Children with Frankl behaviour rating of three or four, who were accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, and who were free from any psychological or systemic illness, including the absence of any diagnosed anxiety disorders.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children whose parents or guardians did not provide written consent. Children with chronic illnesses, severe malnutrition, endocrine disorders, physical disabilities, mental disabilities, or visible obesity related syndromes. Children who demonstrated uncooperative behavior during dental treatment procedures. Children presenting with dental emergencies such as dental trauma.
