Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Infertile couples (primary or secondary infertility) 2 Age 20 to 50 years 3 Willing to provide informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Chronic medical disorder or recent emotional trauma (within 6 months) 2 Diagnosed depression or any psychiatric illness 3 Unwilling to participate

To assess the effectiveness of structured infertility counselling in decreasing anxiety among infertile couples using the DASS-21 scaleTimepoint: from baseline till 2 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess effect on stress and depression scores using DASS-21. To evaluate fertility-related quality of life using FERTIQOL questionnaire. Timepoint: from baseline till 2 weeks
