Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Woman having menopausal symptoms as per the Menopausal Rating Scale score more than 11 may have or have not established menopause Woman willing and ready to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Woman with any systemic disorders Established case of any other mental health disorders or behavioral disorders undergoing any treatment Women undergoing hormone replacement therapy

Establishment of Sattvavajaya Chikitsa and Shavasana-Progressive Muscle Relaxation as Upakrama for psychosomatic health improvement in Rajonivritti and its clinical aspects, which can further be used in Ayurvedic clinical practice.Timepoint: 21 days
