Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Smokers those who are willing to quit smoking and diagnosed with TUD as per DSM-5- TR criteria, 20-50 years of age having history of minimum 5 Cigarettes daily for at least 3 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of Chronic Respiratory Disorders, Cardiac Disorders and Grade 2 and Grade 3 Hypertension, Pregnant and lactating women, Individuals under medication for Psychiatric illness, Continuing history of substance abuse
