Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA a. Patient with symptoms of Grahani Roga which are Atishrishtam, Muhurbaddam and Muhurdravam, Tiktaamalaudgar, Trishna, Arochaka, Vairsaya, Balaksh aya, Shoonpadhakara and Abdominal pain/discomfort. B. Patient between the age group of 25-60 years of either sex who will fulfil the criteria of diagnosis. C. Patients who are ready to give consent with firm home address and contact no. which is readily accessible during coarse of trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA 1. Patient not willing for the trial. 2. Pregnant females and lactating mothers. 3. Any serious life threatening disease. 4. Patients below 25years and above 60 years. 5. Chronicity of IBS more than 5years. 6. Pregnancy and lactating mother. 7. Diagnosed patients of Inflammatory Bowel disease, Tuberculosis, Lactose intolerance, coeliac disease, Malabsorption syndrome, CA colon, Diabetes Mellitus, malignancy and any other disorder.
