Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Age 18 years to 40 years. 2 Patients who were free of pain and other inflammatory symptoms such as swelling and decreased mouth opening at time of surgery. 3 Patients who had no oral surgical intervention done 3 weeks prior. 4 Patients with no allergies to the drugs. 5 Patients requiring surgical removal of mandibular third molar in which flap designing, bone guttering and odontectomy will be done. 6 Patients giving consent for the study protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients who consume alcohol and cigarettes,tobacco. 2 Medically compromised patients . 3 Removal of lower third molar only with the help of elevator and forceps. 4 Pregnant or lactating females. 5 Patient already on medication
