Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: District level male cricket fast bowlers will be included in the study and Subjects having playing experience of minimum 3 years will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects having any musculoskeletal injury or disorder since last 6 months. Subjects having any recent orthopaedic surgery since last 6 months. Subjects already performing Ballistic-six training.
