Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are recently diagnosed and Known case of Essential Hypertension on active medication. 2.Age 30-70 years 3.patients belonging to any socioeconomic class 4.cast- Irrespective of cast 5.sex -Irrespective of sex 6.Patient with Grade 1,2,3 Hypertension. 7.Patients whose BP ranges from 140 by 90 mmHg to 190 by 110 mmHg will be included in study. 8.Patient with left ventricular hypertrophy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below 30 years and above 70 years of age 2.Pregnant women. 3.Patients with Severe illness like MI, CKD,COPD, Diseases and its complications. 4.Drug induced hypertension. 5.Patients who are not fulfilling the criteria of Grade 1,2,3 Hypertension i.e. patients whose BP more than 190 by 110 mmHg will be excluded.
