Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Biopsy proven cancer of Cervix uteri. Age more than 18 years or less than 80 years. Squamous cell carcinoma histology. Patients with FIGO 2018 Stage IIB to IVA. Amenable for curative intent treatment. Suitable for brachytherapy boost. With informed patient consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with distant metastasis Previous history of Abdominal or Pelvic radiotherapy Patients who received Neoadjuvant chemotherapy Severe medical condition impairing complete treatment delivery Patients with immunocompromised states and psychological illness Pregnant and lactating women
