This study compares two commonly used methods to preserve bone around dental implants placed immediately after tooth removal. One method uses a bone graft covered with a membrane prepared from the patient s own blood, while the other uses a bone graft covered with a collagen membrane.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having single or multiple single rooted teeth indicated for extraction followed by immediate implant placement. Systemically healthy individuals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic conditions affecting bone healing (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, osteoporosis) Untreated periodontal disease Patients on anticoagulant or immunosuppressive therapy.
