Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess stone expulsion rates on treatment with alpha blockers (Tamsulosin) and in combination with corticosteroids (Tamsulosin + Deflazacort) in patients diagnosed with distal ureteric calculus less than or equal to 10mmTimepoint: 3 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess stone expulsion based on size of stone (less than 5mm, 5-10 mm)Timepoint: 3 weeks;Quantification of Analgesics used (using analgesic quantification score)Timepoint: 3 weeks;Average time of stone clearance (NCCT KUB on h/o passage of stone or at 03 weeks whichever is earlier).Timepoint: 3 weeks
