Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All BCPP produced and intended for transfusion that can be sampled without affecting clinical release after IEC approval.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Units discarded for gross breakage/labelling error before QC, or units intentionally withheld from release for non-protocol reasons.
