Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient showing sign and symptoms of Ekakushtha (as per Acharya Charak- Matsyashakalopamam, Mahavastu, Aswedanam) 2) PASI score required for study within the range of more than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to 11. 3) Patient within the age group of 21-60 years. 4) Patients who are ready to give consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Seriously ill patients. 2) Incompatibility with drugs chosen for the study. 3) Abnormal renal or hepatic functions. 4) Patients planning to conceive in near future (during course of trial) 5) Pregnant & lactating mother. 6) Any major psychiatric illness 7) Any other pre-existing illness that will require surgery during course of trial 8) Subjects who are not willing for trial. 9) Patients PASI score more than 11.
