Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients exhibiting at least two intrabony defects in two quadrants with PPD more than 5mm, CAL more than 4mm, radiographic defects on IOPA of more than 3mm, two or three walled defects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sytemic illness 2. Blood disorders and inadequate platelet count 3. Smoker 4. Pregnant and lactating mothers.
