Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients willing to participate in the trial. 2. Patients between the age group of 30-70 yrs will be selected for the study. 3. Patients who present with sign and symptoms of CKD. 4. Patients of chronic renal failure fulfilling following criteria. a. Blood Urea - 40-100 mg /dl. b. S. creatinine - 1.3-5.0 mg/dl. c. eGFR - 45-90 ml/min/1.73m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient not willing to participate in trial. 2. Patients with Fasting Blood Sugar more than 165mg per dl and Blood Pressure more than 140 by 90mmHg. 3. Patients in advanced renal failure, with B. Urea more than 100mg per dl, S. creatinine more than 5.0 mg per dl and eGFR less than 45ml per min per 1.73m2. 4. Patients suffering from other major illness like Carcinoma and Pulmonary Tuberculosis or any other condition considered to be unfit for enrolment in the trial. 5. Patients with Obstructed Uropathy, Nephrectomy. 6. Individuals who have completed participation in any other clinical trial during the past three months. 7. Any other condition which the principal investigator thinks may jeopardize the study
