Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 - 70 years ASA:1 and 2 Duration of surgery more than 4 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: coagulopathy or bleeding diathesis Spine deformity Patients with past history of spine surgery Infection at the local site Patient on beta blockers Patient with abnormal cardiac rhythm
