Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants diagnose with migraine PERCEIVED STRESS SCALE (PSS) scored above 14 MIDAS scored above 6

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known addictions Patients who are on other psychiatric medication Pregnant and lactation ladies Patient with pathological conditions of brain Patients with other chronic headache disorders Patient taking medications that may affect migraine frequency or severity
