1. To identify & summarize common clinical symptoms in ApHCM & their diagnostic relevance 2. To describe the pattern of electrocardiographic findings in ApHCM, including giant T-wave inversions & LVH patterns 3. Pattern of diastolic dysfunction & global longitudinal strain findings in apical HCM 4. Prevalence of coronary artery disease & myocardial bridge in patients with apical HCM 5. To evaluate the correlation between cardiac computed tomography & cardiac MRI for identifying morphological characteristics in patients with apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathyTimepoint: At baseline
