Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects presenting with underweight as per IAP growth percentile chart of either gender aged between 6 to 16 years will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Subjects with other severe acute malnutrition like marasmus, kwashiorkor and marasmic kwashiorkor will be excluded. B. Subjects with Underweight associated with other Chronic systemic illness like bronchial asthma, pulmonary tuberculosis, pneumonia, bronchitis. C. Subjects with Underweight associated with Congenital, Hereditary problems,Malignancies, Malabsorption syndrome and Metabolic disorder will be excluded.
