Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young Females of age 20-40 years with unilateral flat foot were included in the study. Participants wearing high heeled footwear for at least 3 years with heel height of 3 inches for 10 hours/week usage as reported by the participant will be included in the study. Participants who have an abnormal medial longitudinal arch angle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who had any recent trauma bone injury from last one year were excluded from the study. Participants who had undergone prior foot or ankle surgery in past 1 year were excluded. Participants who had severe foot deformities such as Hallux Valgus and Crow toe were excluded from the study. Participants who had any neuromuscular or neurological motor/sensory deflect or any metabolic condition like diabetes disorders were excluded from the study.
