Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female Individuals with flexible flat feet NTNH value less than 0.21 BMI 18.5 22.9 Kg/ m2 (ASIA pacific)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lower limb fracture or soft-tissue injury in last 1 year Congenital or acquired deformities of the lower limbs (Congenital Talipes Equinovarus (Clubfoot), Genu Valgum, Genu Varum, Genu Recurvatum, hallux valgus) Neurological disorders (Cerebral Palsy, Peripheral Neuropathies, Charcot Marie Tooth (CMT) Disease, Muscular Dystrophies (e.g., Duchenne, Becker), Parkinson s disease) Pregnancy
