Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nulliparous women, singleton pregnancy, pregnant women of more than equal to 37 weeks of gestation, no contraindication to vaginal delivery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Multiparous woman, multiple pregnancy, high risk pregnancy, orthopedic condition contraindicating yoga
