Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with Artava Kshaya (Hypomenorrhea) based on classical Ayurvedic lakshanas and modern diagnostic criteria Duration of menstruation equal or less than 2days Flow scanty (uses equal or less than 2 pad per day or less than 20 ml per cycle) Delayed cycles (more than 35 days) in some cases Not taking any hormonal treatment or Ayurvedic medicines for menstruation in the past 1 month. Fourth phenotype of PCOD-Mild or Norm androgenic PCOS, which is defined by oligomenorrhea, PCO, and normal androgens. Under control Thyroid Dysfunction. Patients presenting with the Pratyatma lakshana of Artava Kshaya. Yathochitakala-adarshanam (irregular menses) Atyalpataa (Hypomenorrhoea) scanty menses Yonivedana (Dysmenorrhoea) painful menses
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women. History of secondary amenorrhea due to systemic diseases, e.g., PCOS (Except phenotype 4), thyroid (uncontrolled thyroid) dysfunction, hyperprolactinemia, tuberculosis, etc. Known cases of chronic systemic illness. Women on hormonal therapy or oral contraceptive pills in the past 1 month. Any psychiatric illness or severe stress disorder affecting menstrual cycle.
