Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18 to 45 years BMI: 18.5 to 24.9 kg/m HbA1c less than 6.5mmol/L No history of metabolic or endocrine disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of Diabetes mellitus or pre-diabetes Chronic illness like cardiovascular, renal, liver diseases Regular medication use Allergies to natural sweeteners
