Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age 18 to 60 years Posted for Elective surgery under general anaesthesia. ASA 1 and 2 patients BMI 30-40 Kg/m2 Mallampati grade I, II, III, IV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant patients. Patient refusal. Known tongue, oropharyngeal, laryngeal, or head and neck tumors or anatomy altering conditions. Ongoing infection of the head, neck and mouth. Past history of oral or head and neck surgical procedures. Past history of burns or radiotherapy of the head and neck region.
