Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy male and female patients aged twenty five to sixty years presenting with at least two intrabony periodontal defects. Patients should have no contraindication to periodontal surgery and should provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic diseases affecting wound healing. Pregnant or lactating women. Patients who received periodontal treatment in the last six months. Patients with smoking or tobacco habits. Patients with known allergy to metronidazole. Physically or mentally challenged patients.
