Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Farm laborers actively engaged in agricultural work for more than or equal to 7 hours/day, farm laborers with over 5 years of farming experience, willing to participate and provide informed consent, and working as a farm laborer during the harvesting period from Feb-March

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of lumbar surgery in the past 12 months or scheduled for major surgery in the next 12 months, presence of radiating lower back pain, fractures, neurological disorders, or spine exercise training in the 3 months before the onset of the study. Uncontrolled mental health condition that would impede participation and with contraindications to physical activity. Presence of inflammatory arthritis, malignancies, pregnancy, or having given birth in the past 6 months. Severe musculoskeletal deformities or other contraindications to exoskeleton device use. Agricultural workers working as office employees, truck drivers, recent migrants, landlords who are not working in the field, and farm laborers who have not been involved in agriculture for the past year and are involved in some other work. Under medications like anti-coagulants, steroids, etc
