Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Self-Declared apparently healthy subjects of either gender Individuals having no history of any apparent disease or any comorbidity Individuals who are not on any prolonged medications Individuals willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are suffering from any systemic illness Individuals who are disoriented or suffering from major psychiatric illness like schizophrenia, Alzheimer s or Brain tumor etc Individuals who are on any kind of medication

This study is conducted to check whether shirodhara affects autonomic nervous functions or not. This study provides a scientifically approved work which will show the effect of shirodhara on central nervous system and on the basis of this data patients suffering from CNS dysfunction can be recommended shirodhara and will contribute to the literatureTimepoint: 45minutes
