Intervention1: Kinetic control Exercises: 3 session per week for 6 weeks Control Intervention1: Mat pilates: 10 rep 2 set, 3 sessions per week for 6 weeks

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Active Archery player at least a year of experience. Participants with no current injuries (muscular pain, muscular ligamentous, or joint injuries). Regular training participation (minimum 3 times in a week) for at least 6 months in Archery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of surgery in spine and shoulder in past 12 months Any recent injury in spine shoulder or hip. Any recent injury in spine shoulder or hip. Chronic pain that could interfere with training or testing protocol. Conditions that involves nerves and causes radiculopathy. Current use of medication that effect neuromuscular performance(neuromuscular blocking agents).
