Intervention1: Yogic breathing: Participants will practice yogic breathing in supine position with eyes closed. The session includes four phases: abdominal, thoracic, clavicular, and full yogic breath

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are not practicing Yoga. Devoid of any health issues

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Yoga practioner and any other continuous strenuous physical activities for last 3 months 2.Subjects who have any systemic illness 3.Indivuals who are not willing to participate
