Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: consecutive symptomatic patients both males and females aged 20 to 60 years attending the endoscopy unit of Alvas Health Centre Moodubidire for Twelve months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects contra-indicated for endoscopy will be excluded.
