Inclusion criteria: All adult patients aged 18 to 65 years with Chiari Malformation undergoing corrective surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient s refusal Allergy to local anaesthetic medications Patients requiring Intra-operative neuromonitoring (IONM) Receiving Total Intravenous Anaesthesia (TIVA)
